Nice! I've never read the Ranma 1/2 manga, but I watched a bit of the anime. Berserk is great too, but I've unfortunately never watched or read it. This wasn't boring at all. Don't be so hard on yourself! You did a fine job at describing the basic genres. Look forward to more of your blog posts in the future.
