Recipe Name Spicy Chicken Curry
Ingredients for 4-5 people
Chicken meat – 1 kg washed, cleaned and chopped
Onion – 4 medium
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Tomatoes
Green chilies
Salt – to taste
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Jeera powder
Coriander powder
Hot spice powder

Water
Coriander leaves
Cooking method
Heat the oil
In a big pot or pan, heat the oil first.When the oil is hot sliced onions and fry them until they turn light brown. It is very important patient and fry onions until they turn golden brown at this stage, as it enhances the flavour entire curry.Add the ginger-garlic paste
Fry on a medium flame 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the raw smell goes away. At this point, you can also add the tomatoes.
Add the spices
When the oil rises to the top of the mixture, you will know what this means.Add the chicken
Add the chicken pieces after the spices have been well crushed. Combine the meat and spices thoroughly, then cover for ten to twelve minutes.During this time, water will come out of the chicken and the meat will start to cook with it.
Cook with water
When the meat becomes slightly soft, add water according to your preference - if you want more broth, add more water, and if you want less, add less water. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.To keep it from sticking to the bottom, stir from time to time.Garam masala and green chili
At the end of cooking, add garam masala powder and green chili.Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves if you desire. Cover and boil for 5 minutes so that fragrant spices penetrates the meat.Serving
Serve this spicy chicken curry over roti paratha and rice.Sprinkle some coriander leave top before eating, which will make it more attractive to look and taste.
Tips
If you want, you can 1 teaspoon of sour yogurt while cooking, it will make the meat softer and richer in flavor. grated potatoes with the chicken, you can get a more homely taste. If you like spicy, you can increase the dry chili powder.
