Hello and welcome back to “My Life in Soccerverse”! Chapter thirteen takes us to the round of Saturday, March 7, a matchday made of defensive walls raised against Inter and spectacular comebacks scattered all over the Victory Vault. At the top we struggle to find a way through sides that choose to sit deep and tuck in, while elsewhere in our universe we see big wins, unexpected exploits and important statements in both the relegation battle and the promotion race.

League Results – Saturday Matchday

🇮🇹 Inter

By now, whenever teams face us the script is almost written: ultra-defensive 4-5-1, compact shape and everyone sitting behind the ball. When the opponent is Bologna, on a traditionally tricky pitch, the chances of breaking through shrink even further and we end up with yet another goalless draw that weighs more than it looks, because it truly feels like we’re smashing into a well-organised wall.

🇵🇱 Raków Częstochowa

We host a small side, a newly promoted team that however defends with great discipline and has no intention of playing the part of the victim. We attack, create and keep pushing, but Arka Gdynia sell their skin very dearly and walk away with a draw that feels very much like a missed opportunity for us, especially considering how many attempts we produced to try and unlock it.

🇺🇦 Viktoriya Sumy

Magnificent Viktoriya, who collect a second consecutive win away at Ruh Lviv in a match where the final scoreline is much more flattering to them than the performance on the pitch. The game is anything but balanced: we dictate play, control the key moments and bring home three points that move us to just three off the top, while remaining fully aware that our real target is survival, and this result is simply another massive step towards it.

🇷🇴 Bihor Oradea

We visit U Craiova 1948, one of the best-equipped sides in the entire league, and they remind us of it straight away by going two up in the first twelve minutes. From there, though, Bihor’s fury kicks in: we crank up the tempo, change gears and completely flip the script with a devastating comeback. Our march goes on and the message to the rest of Romania is crystal clear: we never give up, not even when the match looks already written.

🇷🇺 Amkar

At home to Tyumen we get almost everything right from a tactical standpoint: we dominate possession, shoot a ton and create a huge number of clean chances. The only thing missing is the final touch, because despite our offensive volume the goal simply won’t come, and we end up with a draw that leaves plenty of regret but also reinforces the image of a solid side that can impose its game on anyone.

🇹🇷 Denizlispor

We host 68 Aksaray Belediyespor and continue our steamroller run with an authoritative performance in which we control tempo, space and intensity without ever really looking like dropping anything. Another three points safely in the bag and our cushion over fourth place grows again, up to seven points now, making this once unthinkable promotion charge more and more concrete.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Edinburgh City

Kelty Hearts end up playing the part of sacrificial lambs on our day of resurgence: we approach the game in exactly the right way, push from the very start and quickly steer it in our direction. A comfortable, wide win, very little suffering and an immediate restart in the fight for the top places, where we fully intend to stay until the end.

🇬🇷 Panachaiki

After last match’s painful defeat, we travel to PAOK II with a clear desire to put things right straight away. This time it’s our turn to deliver a comprehensive win, with a clinical and efficient performance that allows us to latch back on to the leading pack and rejoin fourth place, getting our campaign firmly back on track.

🇦🇹 Krems

Five wins in the last six for a Krems side brimming with confidence, who at home get the better of Wiener SC in a scrappy game handled with real maturity. Fourth place is ours and the third spot that grants promotion is still seven points away, but with this kind of pace and so much of the season still to play, dreaming is absolutely allowed.

🇧🇬 Sayana Haskovo

Newly promoted against relegated Spartak Varna, on paper the matchup looks heavily tilted against us, especially away from home. Instead, we turn in a gritty, focused performance, stay switched on throughout and just edge it, earning a win that weighs a ton both for our survival hopes and for the squad’s self-belief.

🇭🇷 Segesta Sisak

We host Nehaj and the game immediately tilts our way: after just four minutes they go down to ten men and from that point on it turns into a one-way symphony. We stay in control, manage tempo and chances, and close it out with a clean, comfortable win that allows us to further consolidate our position in the table.

🇫🇷 Dieppe

At home to Bayonne we come out flying and after just over half an hour we have already pointed the match firmly in our direction with a two-goal cushion. From then on the script doesn’t change: we control without really suffering and remain only two points off the two second-placed sides, making sure those above us can clearly feel our breath on their necks.

🇨🇿 Zlín

After the heavy setback against Admira Praha we needed a reaction, and poor Jiskra Domažlice end up paying the price. We dominate them for long stretches, rediscover our flow, goals and good feelings, and collect more crucial points in our push towards a promotion zone that, step by step, is starting to come back into view.

Balance and outlook

It was a round that’s hard to label with a single word, split between the walls stopping Inter at the top and the explosions of energy produced by our sides in the rest of the Victory Vault. Viktoriya keep building a survival campaign that deserves applause, Bihor pull off a comeback for the ages, Denizlispor and Krems solidify increasingly realistic ambitions, while Panachaiki, Edinburgh City, Dieppe and Zlín all answer the bell after tricky moments. On one hand we’re still struggling to break down ever-tighter defences, but on the other this chapter once again proves that our teams know how to strike hard when intensity, character and the ability to flip momentum are what matter most: the perfect ingredients to make the next chapters of “My Life in Soccerverse” even more thrilling.

Ciao e bentornati a “My Life in Soccerverse”! Il tredicesimo capitolo ci porta al turno di sabato 7 marzo, una giornata fatta di muri alzati contro l’Inter e di rimonte clamorose sparse per il Victory Vault. In alto fatichiamo a trovare la via del gol contro chi sceglie di chiudersi a riccio, mentre nelle altre latitudini del nostro universo fioccano vittorie pesanti, exploit inattesi e conferme importanti nella corsa salvezza e nella lotta promozione.

Risultati – Turno di Campionato (Sabato)

🇮🇹 Inter

Ormai quando si gioca contro di noi il copione è quasi scritto: 4-5-1 iper difensivo, squadra corta e tutti dietro la linea della palla. Se poi l’avversario si chiama Bologna, su un campo storicamente ostico, le possibilità di sfondare si riducono ulteriormente e ne viene fuori un altro pareggio a reti bianche che pesa più di quanto sembri, perché la sensazione è quella di sbattere contro un muro ben organizzato.

🇵🇱 Raków Częstochowa

Ospitiamo una piccola, una neopromossa che però si difende con grande ordine e non ha alcuna intenzione di fare la comparsa. Attacchiamo, creiamo, insistiamo, ma l’Arka Gdynia vende carissima la pelle e porta a casa un pari che per noi sa tanto di occasione sprecata, soprattutto considerando la quantità di tentativi prodotti per provare a sbloccarla.

🇺🇦 Viktoriya Sumy

Grandissimo Viktoriya, che in casa del Ruh Lviv infila la seconda vittoria consecutiva in una partita in cui il punteggio finale è più bugiardo di quanto dica il campo. La gara è tutto fuorché equilibrata: comandiamo il gioco, controlliamo i momenti chiave e portiamo via tre punti che ci avvicinano fino a -3 dalla vetta, pur restando ben consapevoli che l’obiettivo reale resta la salvezza, verso cui questo successo rappresenta un ulteriore passo importantissimo.

🇷🇴 Bihor Oradea

Facciamo visita all’U Craiova 1948, una delle squadre più attrezzate dell’intero campionato, e ce lo ricordano subito andando avanti di due reti nei primi dodici minuti. Da lì però si accende la furia del Bihor: alziamo i giri, cambiamo ritmo e ribaltiamo completamente la partita con una rimonta devastante. La nostra marcia continua e il messaggio al resto della Romania è chiaro: non molliamo mai, nemmeno quando la partita sembra già segnata.

🇷🇺 Amkar

In casa contro il Tyumen prepariamo tutto in maniera quasi perfetta dal punto di vista tattico: dominiamo il possesso, tiriamo tantissimo e costruiamo una quantità notevole di occasioni pulite. Quello che manca è solo l’ultimo tocco, perché nonostante la mole offensiva la porta resta stregata e chiudiamo con un pari che lascia tanto rammarico, ma anche la conferma di una squadra solida e capace di imporre il proprio gioco.

🇹🇷 Denizlispor

Ospitiamo il 68 Aksaray Belediyespor e proseguiamo il nostro percorso da schiacciasassi, con una prestazione autoritaria in cui gestiamo tempi, spazi e intensità senza mai dare la sensazione di poter lasciare qualcosa per strada. Altri tre punti messi in cassaforte e il margine sul quarto posto che sale ancora, portandoci a +7 nella corsa promozione e rendendo sempre più concreta un’inaspettata scalata.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Edinburgh City

Il Kelty Hearts finisce per fare da vittima sacrificale nella nostra giornata di riscatto: approcciamo la partita nel modo giusto, spingiamo fin da subito e la gara prende rapidamente una direzione chiara. Vittoria larga, poche sofferenze e ripartenza immediata nella lotta per le zone nobili della classifica, dove abbiamo tutte le intenzioni di restare fino alla fine.

🇬🇷 Panachaiki

Dopo la cocente sconfitta della scorsa gara, andiamo sul campo del Paok II con la voglia di rimettere subito le cose a posto. Stavolta tocca a noi firmare il successo rotondo, con una prestazione concreta e cinica che ci permette di ricollegarci al treno delle prime e di riagganciare il quarto posto, rimettendo la nostra corsa sui binari giusti.

🇦🇹 Krems

Cinque vittorie nelle ultime sei per un Krems in piena fiducia, che tra le mura amiche supera il Wiener SC al termine di una gara sporca ma gestita con grande maturità. Il quarto posto è in tasca e la terza piazza utile per la promozione dista ancora sette punti, ma con questo ritmo e tanto campionato ancora da giocare, sognare non è affatto vietato.

🇧🇬 Sayana Haskovo

Neopromossa contro il retrocesso Spartak Varna, i valori sulla carta sembrano raccontare una partita tutta in salita per noi, soprattutto in casa loro. Invece tiriamo fuori una prova di carattere, attenta e concentrata, riuscendo a spuntarla di misura e a portare via un successo che pesa tantissimo in chiave salvezza e autostima.

🇭🇷 Segesta Sisak

Ospitiamo il Nehaj e la partita si mette subito in discesa: dopo appena quattro minuti gli avversari restano in dieci e da lì in poi diventa una sinfonia a senso unico. Giochiamo in controllo, gestiamo ritmi e occasioni, e chiudiamo con una vittoria pulita che ci permette di consolidare ulteriormente la nostra posizione in classifica.

🇫🇷 Dieppe

In casa contro il Bayonne partiamo forte e dopo poco più di mezz’ora abbiamo già indirizzato la partita con due gol di vantaggio. Da lì in poi il copione non cambia più: controlliamo senza soffrire troppo e restiamo a soli due punti dalle seconde, facendo sentire in modo molto concreto il nostro fiato sul collo a chi ci precede.

🇨🇿 Zlín

Dopo la brusca battuta d’arresto contro l’Admira Praha avevamo bisogno di una reazione, e il malcapitato Jiskra Domažlice finisce per pagarne il prezzo. Li dominiamo per larghi tratti, ritroviamo gioco, gol e sensazioni positive, e mettiamo altri punti fondamentali nella corsa verso una zona promozione che, passo dopo passo, torna ad avvicinarsi.

Bilancio e prospettive

È stato un turno difficile da etichettare, diviso tra i muri che bloccano l’Inter e le esplosioni di energia delle nostre squadre nel resto del Victory Vault. Viktoriya continua a costruire una salvezza da applausi, Bihor firma una rimonta da urlo, Denizlispor e Krems consolidano ambizioni sempre più concrete, mentre Panachaiki, Edinburgh City, Dieppe e Zlín rispondono presente dopo i momenti complicati. Se da una parte facciamo fatica a scardinare difese sempre più chiuse, dall’altra si conferma una volta di più che le nostre squadre sanno colpire duro quando contano intensità, carattere e capacità di ribaltare le inerzie: ingredienti perfetti per rendere i prossimi capitoli di “My Life in Soccerverse” ancora più avvincenti.
