Quando pensi che questa accozzaglia di incapaci che chiamano governo italiano abbia gia' dato il peggio di se stesso, puntualmente, arriva una notizia che fa capire che anche quando si e' toccato il fondo si riesce, scavando, ad andare ancora piu' in fondo.
E' in discussione in parlamento un nuovo DDL sulla caccia ispirato da quel genio di Lollobrigida, ministro dell'agricoltura e parente del fenomeno della Garbatella.

Questo DDL recita;

• Si potranno usare gli uccelli come richiami vivi, chiusi per sempre in gabbia.
• Verranno aumentate le specie cacciabili senza alcuna verifica scientifica sulle condizioni di popolamento delle specie stesse.
• Sara' possibile sparare anche nelle aree demaniali, pure nelle spiagge, oggi cosa vietata.
• Verra' esteso il periodo di caccia anche in piena stagione riporduttiva, in pratica si potranno uccidere anche i cuccioli.
• Per chi protesta contro le battute di caccia ci saranno sanzioni fino a 900 euro.

Praticamente la natura, patrimonio di tutti noi, diventera' una sorta di luna park dove ognuno che possiede una doppietta potra' fare il cazzo che vuole.
Gli animali si trasformeranno in bersagli mobili per puro divertimento, senza tutela alcuna.
La protesta contro l'uccisione degli animali diventera' piu' grave del traffico di animali, punita con pene maggiori.
Ricordo che l'articolo 9 della Costiuzione sancisce l'obbligo da parte dello stato di garantire la tutela delle specie animali.

Ovviamente a questi della natura non frega nulla, in Italia ci sono oltre 700 mila cacciatori e questi vogliono il loro voto.
Speriamo che l'Unione Europea, almeno per una volta, ne faccia una giusta con la procedura di infrazione e che Mattarella esca dal suo sonno eterno non firmando questa porcheria se dovesse tramutarsi in legge.

Just when you think this incompetent bunch calling themselves the Italian government has already shown its worst, news arrives that makes it clear that even when you've hit rock bottom, you can dig deeper and go even deeper.
A new hunting bill, inspired by that genius Lollobrigida, Minister of Agriculture and a relative of the Garbatella phenomenon, is being debated in Parliament.

This bill states:

• Birds will be allowed to be used as live decoys, locked in cages forever.
• The number of huntable species will be increased without any scientific verification of their population conditions.
• Shooting will be permitted even in state-owned areas, even on beaches, which is currently prohibited.
• The hunting season will be extended, even during the breeding season; in practice, even cubs will be allowed to be killed.
• Those who protest against hunting will face fines of up to €900.

Nature, our common heritage, will essentially become a kind of amusement park where anyone with a shotgun can do whatever the fuck they want.
Animals will be transformed into moving targets for pure entertainment, without any protection whatsoever.
Protesting against the killing of animals will become more serious than animal trafficking, punishable by harsher penalties.
I recall that Article 9 of the Constitution establishes the state's obligation to ensure the protection of animal species.

Obviously, these people don't care about nature; there are over 700,000 hunters in Italy, and they want their vote.
Let's hope that the European Union, at least for once, gets it right with the infringement procedure, and that Mattarella will emerge from his eternal slumber by not signing this piece of rubbish into law.
