PONTE DEL 2 GIUGNO 🇮🇹🇬🇧

Finisce oggi questo ponte del 2 giugno.
Sono in un villaggio nel ravennate a fare la stagione, siamo ancora nella fase iniziale ma questo ponte dal punto di vista delle presenze e' stato tanta roba.
Vi avevo accennato in un altro pezzo come sarebbe stata un estate importante per il turismo italiano, le guerre ed i voli carissimi hanno favorito le nostre coste come non mai.

Proprio questo ponte ha fatto capire come questa previsione sia stata azzeccata.
Tutto pieno, code importanti sotto il sole per fare il check in, piscina senza piu' un lettino libero (gli altri erano andati al mare) serata piena di tante nostre cose, insomma la stagione e' partita col botto.
Siamo a fare i discorsi di sempre, gli italiani si lamentano di tutto, niente va bene, i prezzi sono alti, il lavoro va cosi' cosi' ma alla vacanza, anche solo di 2/3 giorni non ci rinunciano.

Non esistono partenze intelligenti alla fine ci si ritrova tutti imbottigliati in autostrada, per fare percorsi di 3 ore ce ne si impiega 6.
Muoversi una famiglia con bambini con questo caldo ed il viaggio e' una bella gara di resistenza, soprattutto se e' per pochi giorni.
Hai appena tirato un minimo il fiato dopo essere arrivato che e' gia' ora di ricaricare la macchina e tornare a casa.

Sara' un' estate parecchio incasinata ma in fondo e' meglio cosi', se si lavora tutti gli operatori sono contenti e di conseguenza anche noi che in quelle strutture ci passiamo un estate intera.

This June 2nd long weekend ends today.
I'm in a village near Ravenna, enjoying the season. We're still in the early stages, but this long weekend has been a blast in terms of attendance.
I mentioned in another article how it would be a major summer for Italian tourism; wars and expensive flights have benefited our coasts like never before.

This long weekend has made it clear that this prediction was spot-on.
Everything was packed, long lines under the sun to check in, the pool was empty (the others had gone to the beach), an evening filled with so many of our things—in short, the season started with a bang.
We're having the usual conversations: Italians complain about everything, nothing's going well, prices are high, work is so-so, but they won't give up their vacation, even if it's just for 2-3 days.

There's no such thing as a smart departure; in the end, we all end up stuck on the highway, and a three-hour trip takes six.
Moving a family with children in this heat and traveling is quite an endurance test, especially if it's for just a few days.
You've barely gotten a breather after arriving and it's already time to recharge the car and head home.

It's going to be a pretty hectic summer, but ultimately, it's better this way. If everyone works, everyone is happy, and consequently, so are we, who spend the entire summer in those facilities.
