MUSE - Science Museum of Trento - ITALY
Yesterday for the first time, I entered one of the most important museums in Italy, one of the most important scientific museums located in the Albere district near Trento and it is the MUSE, a museum that has given a little bit to everyone but especially to children and families, which was inaugurated in 2013 and is a project by the famous architect Renzo Piano.
It is divided into six floors and also an external area that I was not able to visit, it is practically a sort of botanical garden, but let's say that I took advantage of the free ticket on the first Sunday of the month by booking at least a week in advance, otherwise the entrance price would be around 11 euros. There are some discounts for students and especially for families.
there are dinosaur skeletons, not very many I expected much more, the evolution of the earth of man the nature of the Alps glaciers, a beautiful tropical greenhouse very interesting where you can see many types of plants, animals and stuffed pine trees Space Technology In short it takes about two hours to visit this entire museum, and in fact the time spent inside the museum to avoid creating crowds is about three hours at least with the free ticket
However, if you are interested, it is closed on Mondays and while I leave from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00, it is located in Corso del Lavoro della Scienza 3 in Trento, we are about 15 minutes walk from Trento station. There are many parking lots nearby, some of which are free, maybe you have to walk a bit but they are very convenient, and in my opinion the best thing is to go early in the morning to find fewer people or around midday.
I have to say that it was a great experience, probably I had a bit high expectations about this museum because several people had spoken well of it to me, I didn't find a lot of exhibits to see. Let's say that most of them focused on exhibits related to the Dolomites. And in any case, in the mountains nearby there were a lot of interactive and innovative things and a lot of very nice and useful games especially for the little ones to learn a lot about science which is always a very important subject.
I hope my story and photos were interesting and I hope you can visit this beautiful museum soon. See you next time.
Interesante este recorrido por el Museo de Ciencias de Trento. Realmente, me impresionaron los animales disecados. Todo se ve limpia y agradable. Excelente publicación.
