📣✨ UNFORGETTABLE TRIP ✨📣 WEEK / SETTIMANA #172/Western Bridge, Cauca River
To travel to Santa Fe de Antioquia, it's necessary to pass near the Cauca River. Here in the photo, we see the Western Bridge. In fact, I already made a post about our trip to this place, and in this post, I want to share photos of the bridge and the river.
The Cauca River is the second most important river in Colombia. Its most striking feature is the sugarcane cultivation that lines its banks. Unfortunately, this has led some people to dump sugarcane waste into the river, causing floods of such magnitude that they reach the surrounding areas. There are even reports of people losing their lives as a result.
As we approached our destination, we felt the high temperatures, something the river offered no relief. At least the beautiful sunsets make us forget a little about the unbearable heat of the place. Many Colombians hope the government will address the Cauca River problem, obviously once the new president takes office. Petro doesn't mention this issue; I don't think he'll do anything.
Regards and thanks for visiting my blog.

People's lack of discipline never changes; it's a regrettable situation.
I wish you luck in the contest
And the saddest thing is that the people who cause the most disorder are the ones who suffer the most damage.
