Today, I have brought a recipe made from aloo in this competition that is very popular with children. Children who eat it also like various items made from aloo.
Among the vegetables grown in my house, the most used vegetable is the potato. Because I have four children and all four of them eat potatoes with great enthusiasm, this is why I often cook dishes that must include potatoes.
Potato hot shot
I love this quick evening snack, and my kids love it too, and it's very easy to make.First of all, we will take a cup of flour in a bowl.
Now, we will add a few spices, such as garlic paste, to this flour.
We will add a little soy sauce. We can increase the amount of soy sauce according to our taste.
In addition to soy sauce, salt will be added to enhance the flavor.
Add crushed black peppercorns for a little extra flavor.

After adding all the ingredients, add a little water and make a thick paste.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them lightly.

Now add small pieces of potato to the paste and fry them one by one, keeping in mind that the potato should not stick to the pan.
First, heat the oil in a pot on high heat and when the potato paste starts to fry, turn it down a little.
Fry all the potatoes in small batches and remove them when they turn dark golden. Delicious potato hotshots are ready.
Whether you eat it with raita or ketchup, it tastes delicious both ways.
