Dear friends, the food photography I am going to share with you today is Iftar food.Various arrangements are made for Iftar meals during the month of Ramadan.In that vein, on the first Friday of the month of Ramadan, an Iftar gathering was organized by the youth community of the area at the mosque.And that's where these iftar items were photographed.Today's article is very short, but I have included Iftar items on my list of best foods.

Watermelon is a very popular and expensive food during the month of Ramadan.Watermelon contains water which eliminates water deficiency in the body.We have cut and arranged a bright red watermelon here, which is also known as one of the ingredients for iftar.

There is Khichuri, a local dish, with various ingredients, including watermelon, distributed as iftar items.We didn't get much here, but Alhamdulillah, and that day we were in charge of distribution.Normally, it's not possible for those who distribute to get everything, but it was a great feeling and a great experience.But Alhamdulillah, the arrangements were very well done.

আমরা সাধারণত ইফতারের সাথে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফল খেয়ে থাকি তবে এইভাবে খিচুড়ি দিয়ে তরমুজ খাওয়াটা আমি কখনো দেখিনি সত্যি কথা বলতে আমি তরমুজ খাই না তবে আপনাদের খাওয়া দেখে বেশ ভালই লাগছে খিচুড়ির সাথে তরমুজ কেমন লেগেছে আমি ঠিক জানিনা তবে নিশ্চয়ই বেশ ভালই হয়েছে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ভাল থাকবেন।
আসলে বিষয়টা ঐরকম না যে খিচুড়ির সাথে তরমুজ খাওয়া। বিষয়টা হচ্ছে এইরকম যে খিচুড়ি এবং তরমুজ একসাথে হয়ে গেছে তবে সম্পূর্ণরূপে মিশে যায়নি। যেহেতু এটা পাবলিক প্লেসে ইফতারির আয়োজন তাই এরকমটা হয়েছে সাধারণত পাবলিক প্লেসে ইফতারির আয়োজনে সবার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকে না।
ও আচ্ছা আমার তাহলে বুঝতে অসুবিধা হয়েছে আপনি ঠিকই বলেছেন পাবলিক প্লেসগুলোর মধ্যে এভাবেই ইফতার দেওয়া হয়ে থাকে আসলে সবাইকে তো আর আলাদা করে প্লেট দেয়ার কোন অপশন থাকে না তাই সবাই নিজের মতো করেই খেয়ে থাকে যাই হোক ধন্যবাদ বিষয়টা আমাকে বুঝিয়ে বলার জন্য।
কোন ব্যাপার নয়, সকলের এইসব বিষয়ে অভিজ্ঞতা নাও থাকতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আরো একটা কথা হল পাবলিক প্লেসে হলেই এরকম ভাবে দেয়া হয় না। আমরা খাবার বন্টনের দায়িত্বে ছিলাম এবং শেষ মুহূর্তে খাবার শেষ হয়ে গিয়েছিল তাই আমাদের ক্ষেত্রে এরকম অবস্থা যেটা তাবলীগ জামাতের খাবারের সিস্টেমছিল।
রমজান মাসে খাবারের দায়িত্বে ছিলেন জানতে পেরে ভালো লাগলো আসলে রমজান মাসে এ ধরনের কাজগুলো করা অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় বলে আমি মনে করি পরবর্তীতে খাবার শেষ হয়ে যাওয়ার কারণে আপনারা সবাই মিলে ঠিক এরকম অবস্থায় খাবার খেয়েছেন আসলে পরিস্থিতি যে কোন মুহূর্তেই পরিবর্তন হয় এটা আমিও বিশ্বাস করি ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে।
আপনাকেও ধন্যবাদ জানাই আমার সাথে এতক্ষণ ধরে কথা বলার জন্য। আমি আশা করছি কিছুটা হলেও বাইরের অভিজ্ঞতা আপনাকে বোঝাতে পেরেছি। খোলা জায়গাতে ইফতার গুলো আসলে কিভাবে হয় সেই বিষয়ে সম্পর্কে অল্প কিছু হলেও জানতে পেরেছেন।
একবারে ঠিক বলেছেন কিছুটা না মোটামুটি আমি একটা ধারণা পেয়েছি বাইরের পরিবেশে কিভাবে ইফতার করা হয় এবং কিভাবে আপনারা ইফতার সবার সামনে উপস্থাপন করেন শেষে আপনারা কিভাবে ইফতার করেন বিষয়টা জানতে পেরে আসলে বেশ ভালো লাগলো ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে।
