Quiet day sounds interesting and as always will talk about it on my own way. Modern life is full of noise and we can't think about urban life without noise.

Daily we deal with sound pollution, it could be sound of vehicles on the road or constructional works like building, repairing and many more. Life without noise is almost impossible in city life.

Quiet day can stop all these noise but can be a good reminder for us to spend few moments where we can spend some quality time with zero noise and also can have a break from talking.

We can stay silent, can silent our phone or electronic devices if there is no emergency call incoming. We can have some quiet time to feel the peace of being quiet. Have your quiet day the way you want. Ensure zero noise around you for a time.

Quiet Day is observed every year on February 25. As the name suggests, Quiet Day is about taking a pause and appreciating the sound of silence. Una giornata tranquilla sembra interessante e, come sempre, ne parlerò a modo mio. La vita moderna è piena di rumore e non possiamo immaginare la vita urbana senza rumore.

Ogni giorno abbiamo a che fare con l'inquinamento acustico, che può essere il rumore dei veicoli sulla strada o quello dei lavori di costruzione, riparazione e molti altri.

Vivere senza rumore è quasi impossibile in città. Una giornata tranquilla può fermare tutto questo rumore, ma può anche essere un buon promemoria per ricordarci di dedicare qualche momento di qualità senza rumore e anche per prenderci una pausa dalle chiacchiere.

Possiamo rimanere in silenzio, possiamo silenziare il telefono o i dispositivi elettronici se non ci sono chiamate di emergenza in arrivo. Possiamo prenderci un po' di tempo per provare la pace del silenzio. Trascorri la tua giornata tranquilla come preferisci. Assicurati che non ci sia rumore intorno a te per un po'.
