Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

When it comes to healthy foods, fruits come into my mind. So one again today sharing some fruit photography. I love eating fruits as my regular snacks. Currently my fruit basket is filled with green apples and I had some oranges too but I finished it. Eating healthy fruits are better than eating medicines like prevention is better than cure.

The all fruit photos are my own captured and part of this original content. I try to add fruits like green apples, red apples, grapes, orange and different kinds of season fruits like jujubes. I've added fresh jujubes photo too. I bought some recently and fruits are expensive in my city. I think eating healthy foods or fresh fruits ensure our wellness.

Can't make it too long because sleeping late is unhealthy and right now I'm writing this at late night. I had green apple today, as we all know that an apple keep us away from doctors. Actually it should be, fruits keep us away from the medicine and it's side effects. Have a look on my photography on healthy foods for this week.

Fruits as food definitely healthy until any chemical pushed into it. Many fruits are imported and expensive at my place. Apples are imported and expensive but healthy too. When it comes to health people hardly found care about the price. But some fruits are too expensive that common people can't afford buying it.

This food blog presenting fruits that available in fruit market and also take a place in my fruit basket. I prefer eating organic, fresh and not preserved for long time foods. Fruits are healthy and different fruits has different health benefits. If somehow we can't afford the expensive fruits in the market then better we buy and eat seasonal fruits because it is rich in health benefits too.

Don't underestimate the power of seasonal and available fruits. These are cheap here but it is healthy and can help us to stay strong both physically and mentally. That's all for this week. Eat healthy and take care of your health.
