Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

Tonight I had two sweetest mangoes for dinner. Fruits can be definitely our part of meal and this year I'm blessed with ripe mangoes many times. Gradually it disappearing from the market and price getting high like imported fruits. This week the best food theme picked the very healthy and delicious mango.

What mango contains and it's nutrition facts are already known to many of you or you can find that from web search or can ask Ai for information but I'm here representing mango as best food for this week. Fruits are also a kind of healthy food and can be our meal too. I skip eating rice tonight and replace mangoes with the rice.

When I was selecting food photos from my gallery, I just find that I have good numbers of mango's photo and this year mangoes were available for we city people at reasonable price. Whenever the price is not reasonable, I stop buying, not because I can't afford to but because I deny to buy fruit paying unfair price. Usually I can afford even when price is high but I can't appreciate it. Have a look on my Mango photography with caption.

Why always processed foods people prefer as food or meal? Though some people like me love eating delicious fruits too. Mango taste sour when it's raw and that taste delicious too and my mouth is watering when thinking about raw mangoes.

Ripe mangoes are naturally sweet and there are many different kinds of mangoes available in this season. As far I can remember, I've tasted four kinds of mangoes this year and those were, Aam Rupali, Himshagor, harivanga and langra aam. These name are local names of mangoes.

Summer season feels full of blessing as different kinds of tasty and delicious fruit available in this season. I prefer full mangoes instead making juice of it. Many juice sellers add extra sugar and other ingredients to make the mango juice super delicious but for me it already delicious without any ingredient.
