Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Italian community. How are you all? I hope by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always well.

Today I am here to participate in The Best Food Post-160. I had some of my weekly best meals this week. I would like to inform you about the meals.

One of the best dishes this week was eggplant bhaji. Basically, eggplant is one of the popular dishes in our Bangladesh. Eggplant is a very vitamin-rich vegetable. However, those who are allergic to eggplant should avoid it.

One of my best dishes this week was eggplant bhaji. My wife made eggplant bhaji for me for dinner.

I like eating chicken eggs very much. Because chicken eggs contain a lot of vitamins and cholesterol. I always try to eat chicken eggs after dinner.

Last week my wife boiled three chicken eggs and these three eggs were one of my weekly food list.

Every week I try to eat fish. Actually last week I collected one kg of tilapia fish from a hawker. The price of 1 kg of tilapia fish was fixed at only 100 taka.

I bought one kg of tilapia fish for 100 taka and we cooked it at night. So I added tilapia fish to the weekly best food list.

Tomato is one of the winter vegetables. When winter comes, a lot of ripe tomatoes arrive in our country. I go to the market every weekday and buy tomatoes. At night, after dinner, my wife and I ate tomatoes together and I like eating tomato salad very much. This is a very beneficial food for our body.

Coriander leaves are a very popular food in my country. Basically, this food is eaten by almost everyone. A wonderful crunchy and delicious food is made using coriander leaves and gram flour. It is very beneficial for our body.

Basically, the above foods were on my weekly best food list. I am happy to write about the above foods for the current week.
