The chef Hirata servers modern Itarian cuisine and he uses local ingridients a lot. The chef chose wine according to each dishes. Therefore, I drank eight kinds of wine in total. And I liked grilled whole onion with egg. It’s rich sweetness and juicey. The main dish was aged and grilled beef. It has nice flavor because it’s scented with straw.
能登牛ランプ藁焼き、のどぐろ、新玉葱と能登地卵のオーブン焼きなどなどワインペアリングで堪能!
