First of all, thank you @jimiaera02 for organizing this contest. Today I am here to share a fun recipe with you. I participated in this contest last week as well. I really enjoyed participating in this contest. So I tried to participate in the contest this week as well. I really enjoyed making this Jali Kebab recipe. I hope you will like my recipe too.

🖌️ Ingredients 🖌️


IngredientsQuantity
Chicken200 grams
Bread2 pieces
Egg2 pieces
Sour yogurt1/4 cup
Biscuit powderAs much
Chopped onion3 pieces
Green chili2 pieces
Ginger, garlic1 tablespoon
Chili powder1/2 tablespoon
Cumin powder1 teaspoon
Black pepper1 tsp

step 1:


First, I cut the chicken into small pieces and blended them in a blender jar. I put the blended chicken in a large bowl and put the bread in it. I soaked the bread in water for a while and then pressed them with my hands to remove the water and mix the bread with the meat.

Now I added onion, garlic, green chili, ginger, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the meat and bread mixture. Then I mixed all these ingredients and left the meat for a while.

Now I took a small amount of the meat mixture and rolled it into a ball in my hand, then flattened it by pressing it with my hand and placed it on a plate greased with oil. In this way, I made 10 kebabs from the meat mixture to set the kebabs. I placed them in the refrigerator for about seven to eight hours.

Now I cracked two eggs in a bowl. Then I took the kebabs out of the fridge and took one kebab and dipped it well in the egg. Then I put the kebab in the biscuit crumbs and mixed the biscuit crumbs well into the kebab. In this way, I mixed the egg and biscuit crumbs into all the kebabs.

Now I heated the oil in a frying pan. After the oil was hot, I put the kebabs one by one in the oil. I fried the kebabs for a long time and then turned the top side of the kebabs down. I fried the kebabs in this way for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Then I took the kebabs out of the oven and served them.

Have you ever made Jali Kabab for a festival at your home? Write your experience in at least 150 words.

I have never made Jali Kabab for a festival at home. I have made some other kebabs. But Jali Kabab has never been made. I like making different types of recipes. But I enjoy making sweet recipes. Sometimes I try to make something spicy. I sometimes try to make spicy snacks when guests come to our house or on special occasions. I also sometimes make spicy snacks at home for afternoon snacks. And if there is any festival or invitation in the future, I will make this Jali Kabab and serve it to everyone. Because it is as attractive to look at as it is to eat. However, I will make this Kabab with a little more spice next time. Because these Kababs are much more fun to eat spicy. I could not have imagined that this jali kebab made with chicken would be so much fun to eat. When this spicy and hot kebab is eaten in the cold weather in the evening, everyone's heart melts.

Did you face any problem in making Jali Kabab recipe?

I did not face any problem in making Jali Kabab recipe. But it took a while to make it. Because it takes a long time to prepare the ingredients to make it. But if the ingredients are also prepared then this recipe does not take much time to make. And I made these kebabs into rounds and kept them in the fridge for a while. Then I took them out of the fridge and mixed them in egg and biscuit powder and then fried them. Although this is the first time I have made this kebab. Still, I really enjoyed eating this kebab.
