Assalamualaikum everyone! Hello steemit friends, Iam @tanjinajara. I am the new member in this platfrom. This is the First time i am participating in this competition. This is a new experience for me. I can learn a lot through this competition. Today I am very happy to participate in the second week of ***steemit challenge season 28***.jali kebab is a traditional Bangladeshi snack made with minced meat, eggs and spices. It is known for its soft flavourful interior and the delicate net-egg coating ("jali") on the outside. Homemade jali kebab is a healthy food.This week I will participating in the ***SLC28-W2//"jali kebab"***competition organized by @jimiaera0 Apu, thank you very much for organizing this competition. So now i am getting ready to make jali kebab. So lets get started ----!!

Have you ever made jali kebab for a festival occasion at your home? Write your experience in at least 150 words.(2marks).

★yes, I have made jali kebab at home for a festival, durning the last Eid celebration. It was a memorable experience. During the last Eid celebration, I made jali kebab at home, and the experience was truly enjoyable. I began early in the morning by preparing all the ingredients. I mixed minced meat with ginger, garlic, onions, green chilies, coriander, and different spices to create a flavorful kebab mixture. After letting it rest for some time, I started working on the egg net, which is the most delicate part of jali kebab. I whisked the eggs and carefully poured them onto the hot pan in fine, lace-like patterns. When the net turned golden, I gently wrapped the meat mixture inside it.

★As the kebabs fried slowly, the kitchen filled with a delicious aroma. My family members came in, excited to taste the special Eid dish. When I finally served the jali kebabs with lemon and mint chutney, everyone appreciated the taste. Making jali kebab on Eid made the celebration even more memorable and joyful.

All the Ingredients are need for making "jali kebab".

Tomato Sauce2 teaspoon
Sour yogurt1 cup
Ginger paste1 tablespoon
Garlic paste1 tablespoon
Red chili powder1 teaspoon
turmeric powder1 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/2 teaspoon
Hot spice powder1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder1/2 teaspoon
chopped onion1/2cup
chopped green chili4 pcs
chopped coriander leaves1/2cup
saltAs needed
Oilfor frying

The process of making jali kebab:
Step- 1
To begin, I will take 300 grams beef and wash well.I will blend the meat in a blender to minced it.After the meat is well minced then I will remove it to a bowl.

Step-2:
Then I will mince the bread pieces.After mincing the bread. I will add breadcrumbs to the meat.Then I will spread sour yogurt on the meat.

Step-3
Then I will add chopped onion 1/2 cup, Red chili powder 1 teaspoon, tumeric powder 1teaspoon, salt as needed. And I also add ginger paste 1 tablespoon, garlic paste 1 tablespoon.

Step-4
I will add 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon hot spicy powder, 1/2 black pepper powder, chopped green chili,chopped coriander leaves, and i last add tomato Sauce.

Step-5
The mixer is ready to make the kebabs.To make the kebab I took a small amount of the mixture in my hand shaped them into kebabs. I made the all kebab in the same away. Then I rolled the kebab in the breadcrumbs. Then the perfect kebab is ready for cook.

Step-6.
Then I will took a pen.I put oil in the pen for frying " jali kebab".I will heat the oil on medium heat. Then I will put the kebabs in the oil.once one side of the kebab fry, i will flip up the other side.I will fry the kebab until golder in colour.when kebab fry well and its turn brown i will remove it from the oil.

Did you face any problems while making the jali kebab recipe. (1 mark).
★yes I faced some problems while making the jali kebab. Such as mentioned specific issues difficulty to make minced meat and shaping the kebabs or getting the right texture.

I also Faced so many problem while I preparing the post, because it’s the first time I have participate in a competition. I know made a mistake to prepare the post.@jimiaera02 Apu plz let me know if i have any mistake in this post. If you know I will be grateful to you. If i made a mistake, i will try to correct it.
