Homemade Tomato and Garlic Ketchup

Ingredients
Ingredient Quantity
Fresh Tomatoes 1 kg
Grape Vinegar ½ mug
Garlic 6 cloves
Salt To taste
Red Chili Powder To sustain
Sugar ½ mug
Preparation Steps
Step 1 Washing and Cutting
I held 1 kg of fresh red tomatoes and bathed them duly to take off all dirt. also I diced them into slim pieces.
Step 2 Boiling
I deposed the tomatoes in a cooking pot with half a mug of water. I appended the garlic cloves as well and subbed the pot. Within 6 – 7 minutes, the tomatoes came soft and the garlic also steamed.
Step 3 Blending
After refrigerating narrowly, I dispose the admixture into a blender and formed a smooth paste. To take off the skin and seeds, I bucked it through a sieve.
Step 4 Cooking Again
I streamed the svelte juice agone into the pot and emplaced it on low flame. At this stage, I adjoined salt, red chili powder, and sugar. Then I sluggishly appended the vinegar and observed whirling gently so that it would not stick to the underbelly. Within 8 – 10 minutes, the admixture thickened and turned into mouthwatering ketchup.

Okay, the whole bottle of apple cider vinegar is nowhere to be seen.
Above you mentioned grape vinegar, but here you are talking about apple cider vinegar. If there was a picture of the bottle with it, it would have been clear which one you used.
