Hello friends I hope you are great today I am here to take part in another interesting learning challenge that is Steemit Challenge Season 27 Week 03 - Homemade Ginger Chili Ketchup

List all the ingredients used in making ginger chili tomato ketchup along with their correct quantities. (2 marks)

Ingredient	Quantity
Fresh Tomatoes	250 grams
Grape vinegar	2tsp
Salt	3/4 tsp
Ginger chopped	1/2 tsp
Red Chili	3/4 tsp
Sugar	25 grams
Green Chili finely chopped	3/4 tsp
Cooking oil	1 Tbsp
Water	half cup

2 Write the complete step-by-step method of making ginger chili tomato ketchup. (4 marks)

Let's start it.

• In first step I take 250 grams of tomatoes and watched and clean it then I chopped it finally and added it in a kettle.

• After that I added half cup of water and let them boil and cooked for about a to 10 minutes until these are done.

• After that I am put it to the blended jug and then stain it properly. As I removed all the seeds or anything else other than pulp.

• Then I take kettle added oil in it and put the ginger chilli cooked till the colour of ginger changed towards golden.

• Now, I turned off flame added the tomatoes extract in it. Let it steam for few seconds until the aroma of ginger mixed in it completely.

• I stained the mixture and then added vinegar, chilli, salt and sugar as mentioned in ingredients chart cooked it for a while it's done now.

• I garnish it and it's ready to serve and store. It's really tasty pure herbal and hygienic. My family liked it.

Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper. (2 marks)
