I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing course Steemit Challenge Season 27 Week 05 - Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander. First of all i would like to thank @afzalqamar for presenting herbal ketchup that are very beneficial for health in this Steemit Challenge Season 27 .
Before going to start today's task I would like to invite @roohiasif99, @dasudi and @drhira for the contest.
List all the ingredients used in making Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander along with their correct quantities. (2 marks)
Ingredients :

| White vinegar Half Cup |
| Salt as per taste |
| Green Chili 8 |
| Mint Fresh 1 bunch |
| Coriander Fresh 1 bunch |
| Sugar 150 g |
| Cooking oil 2 tbsp |
| Water Half cup |
Write the complete step-by-step method of making Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander. (4 marks)
I'm following the same process that given by teacher @afzalqamar. Let's start today's recipe
- First of all wash Coriander and mint leaves nicely. Then chopped them roughly. Wash the green chilies and chopped them.
- Take blender jug add Coriander leaves, mint and green chillies and half cup of boiled water and blend it nicely to form smooth mixture. Then add half cup of white vinegar ,salt and sugar according to the recipe given by teacher. Now blend it more and smooth green mixture is formed. Keep it a side.
- Take a clean pot and add these chopped tomatoes and add 1/2 glass of water. Cover the lid and cook it for few minutes.
- Now ,blend this tomato mixture and stevie it to remove tomatoes skin and seeds.
- Now, add two different mixture tomato mixture and geeen mixture in a bowl and mixed them nicely.
- Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander is ready to enjoy.
Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper. (2 marks)
