Which street food did you feature in your video vlog and what made it special or attractive to you?

	The street food stand

In my street food video blog, I featured some street food that are sold on the road side of a busy junction.

The featured street food includes puffs, spring rolls, samosa, peppered chicken and hot dogs.
What made it attractive and special to me was the variety they offered.

As a customer , you can choose whether you want a sweet snacks like puff-puff or whether you would go for the savory options like the samosa, spring rolls and the peppered chicken.

This made the street food appealing to different people who obviously have different preferences and tastes.

The fisrt thing that caught my attention was the attractive display of the street foods. The puff-puff golden brown color as they are poured on the tray is very attractive. While the spring rolls and the samosas really looked very fresh, hot and crispy.

Ahh, the peppered chicken with the red spicy coating was giving a rich and appetizing look. Also making someone salivate.

Another thing that fascinated me was the amount of people that used to gather around waiting for their turn to buy the street foods. Everyday I go through the axis, I always see crowds gather around there.

The crowd wasn’t much today but there were still people buying when I came around. Always seeing people gather around there to buy these street food made me curious and convinced me that the food must be nice and I decided to try it out and it was delicious indeed.

Another things that attracted me was how fresh the food was. They were continuously frying and making fresh snacks available so that the customers receive their snacks warm and tasty . From the video you can see that the frying was also in progress. The aroma from the frying, filled the air and was very inviting.

Altogether, the colourful display of the foods, the varieties of the snacks and the plenty customers made this street food place a good spot for my blog.

Did you experience any funny, surprising, or memorable moments while recording your street food vlog? Briefly describe them.

Yes, I had several memorable moments while recording my street food vlog. One of the things that surprised me the most was how quickly the food was selling. When I arrived, the trays were filled with spring rolls, samosas, and puff-puff. However, within a short period, many of the snacks had already been bought by customers especially the samosas and spring rolls.

People seem to prefer those two as that was what I bought too. It was amazing to watch the food disappear so quickly, showing how much people consume the food.

Another memorable moment was observing the vendors doing their job. The shared the work. One person was frying the snacks while two others were selling to the buyers. I love how they were speedily and efficiently attending to people due to the crowd.

They were fast with collecting money, packaging food, responding to customers' requests, at the same time. The perosn frying was very fast and efficient with putting the dough in the oil as to get them all rest at once.

Despite the crowd around them, they remained calm and organized. Watching them handle their multiple customers without getting confused was impressive and showed their experience and seriousness in the business.

Another interesting thing was how the customers patiently waited their turn while some were chatting with one another. The atmosphere was friendly and lively, and every one of us was eager to get our snacks.

At one point, I had to carefully position myself by moving closer while recording so as to get the real view of the snacks being sold. I was excited to capture the busy street food nature and lifestyle.

Overall, the combination of the crowd, the fast sales, and the way the vendors related with and attended to us made it enjoyable. They saw me recording everything and they didn’t even object to it. They were friendly.

How did the atmosphere of the street food area, the vendors, and the visitors make your vlogging experience more enjoyable?

The atmosphere of the street food area played a major role in making my vlogging experience enjoyable. The location was full of life and activity, with people constantly coming to buy snacks and others leaving after buying. The energy and movement around the area made the environment interesting to observe and record.

The vendors added to my experience as they appeared hardworking, focused on their services and are also friendly.

Watching how they were preparing the food, and selling it provided a good content for my vlog. Their dedication shows much how effort goes into to running a successful street food business.

The vendors interacting with their customers also added a human touch to the story I am telling through my video. The customers coming and going made the atmosphere vibrant. Some came alone like myself while some came with their friends and some family members.

They were talking, laughing, and discussing which snacks they wanted to buy. The presence of so many customers showed the important role street food plays in our everyday life. It is not only a place to buy food but also a place where we can interact and connect with one another.

Another aspect I enjoyed was the street setting. Unlike restaurants or fast-food outlets, with street foods, we witness the entire process from preparation to buying. The sound of people conversing, the sight of the freshly fried snacks and the movement of the created a lively environment that made my blog more realistic and engaging.

Which street food item or food stall would you recommend others to try and why?

	samosa and spring rolls

I would highly recommend the food stall selling spring rolls, samosas, puff-puff, peppered chicken, and hotdogs because of the variety of fresh and tasty snacks they offer, all in one location. You can see some of the snacks in some locations but seeing all of these in one location is a bit rare. The stand is strategically located and popular and is a good sign that their food of good and worth enjoying.

If I had to recommend one particular item, I would choose the samosas. They looked crispy, well-prepared, and freshly fried. Their golden-brown appearance made them very attractive, and they seemed to be one of the customers' favorite choices and my favorite choice too. Samosa can be eating as a convenient snacks even while on the go.

I would also recommend the puff-puff because it is one of the most popular street snacks in my region. . The puff-puff looked soft, fluffy, and sweet and is generally loved by children and adults too. It’s very is affordable, satisfying, and perfect for anyone looking for a quick bite.

For those who enjoy spicy foods, they peppered chicken would be a great choice with hotdogs. It was well seasoned and spiced making it stand out and attractive.

Overall, I would recommend this particular food stall because of the varieties of snacks they have, the freshness of the snacks, how affordable they are and its popularity. The large number of people I observe everyday standing and waiting for their turn to buy fresh snacks has gained them popularity in the community.

People who patronize them would enjoy the fresh foods and the vibrant activities in the area.
