The Diary Game: Braids, Lip Oil And Bliss—My Self Care Day(20-12-2025(

I took self care personal yesterday. When I woke up, I had morning devotion before doing my chores and stepping out to get my hair do. I had called @imaken during the early hours of the morning to inform her that I'll be coming around to make my hair. I ate my breakfast and left the house after taking my bath. I and @imaken arrived her shop the same time, it was funny though. Few minutes after my arrival, NEPA brought the light so I asked that the wash my hair and blow dry which was the first step to getting new braids. After washing and blow drying my hair, I saw a lip oil that was so beautiful and catchy so I bought one and applied it on my lips and took this picture.

While I was busy taking pictures and sending to my friends to advertise this lip oil for my Aunty, @imaken was busy cutting the hair extension for my hair and brushing it. In a general term, she was getting her tools ready for work. She finished brushing the hair extension and began to make my hair, they were three of them who worked on my hair. Oh, I forgot to add the little girl who assisted in getting the curls for my hair ready, four people on one hair. I kinda liked it because I took they'd finish early since they were more hands.

I begged Aunty to make medium braids for me but she gave me something else though it came out so beautiful and I totally love the way it is! More than five hours was spent on making my hair, I got tired at some point and asked to be given few minutes to stretch. In the few minutes I was given, I ate my lunch which I forgot to snap because of the rush on the snacks. We continued after everyone had taken their lunch and relaxed a bit. We finished some minutes past 7pm in the night and here's the result.

I was already very late and left immediately after the finishing touches so I could meet up with dinner preparation. I and @imaken agreed to discuss online about the bill and I went home. On getting home, I first took my bath and changed to night wear before making dinner.

I was too tired to make my diary after dinner so I went to bed. Few minutes on bed, I got a from my friend to check my IG message and when I need, I saw a screenshot she had dropped of a Christmas giveaway I won on IG. I was so happy and went to the handle to drop comment and claim my price. Before I could finish typing my message, my phone went off.
