Dairy Game : 14/06/2026 - Enjoying My Holiday

Hello Steem-Fam! I'm here to share another wonderful day with you and I'm so excited to share it. So today I woke up happy again. I was still happy to be home for the holidays. Yesterday I noticed that the guava tree in our compound had some fruits so this morning I decided to inspect it properly. I saw some fruits, big and small but there were not ripe. However I still resolved to pluck it later in the day.

My day went on as usual. Chores, eating and resting. Nothing extraordinary for the day. I had just planned to rest this holiday because the semester had been very very stressful for me. So every chance I got this holiday was for resting and carrying out my hobbies.

I took this selfie as I was just on my phone. I was trying to do some online gigs I did for little money. During the semester I didn't do much online because I was mostly studying and the network over there at school was mostly terrible. Anyways I took this selfie so I could have a before and after picture of my cornrows which I planned to make today.

My younger sister was busy all day. She was running some errands for my mother so she couldn't do my hair earlier. I napped a bit and woke up, then started reading as I waited for her. I had left all my physical book novels at school but luckily for me, my elder sister had a nice novel I had not read before so I started reading it. Soon after, my younger sister was free and she started making my cornrows.

We started a few minutes after 4 and finished about 30 minutes to 6. It normally wouldn't have taken that long. But she was still practicing and learning how to braid so I let her use my hair to practice.

After we finished, I took this selfie. I was glad I have a neat hair now. And I was also happy to help my sister perfect her skill. After taking selfies I decided to go and pluck the guava fruit from the tree.

I had already eaten my guava halfway before I took a picture. After eating the guava I will eat dinner. My day was great and it was fun. I'm happy for this short time with my family before going back to school again. Thanks for having me share my day with you all. I hope your day was lovely too?
