Tell your story #62 (day one at another placement)

It is a pleasure and privilege to join in on this contest this week.
It's a good thing to talk about your day or rant if I may say; if there is no one to talk to about it at least this contest post is a means to reach out to someone who might be willing to know about your day. Thanks to this post and this is my entry 👇:
What happened?
Nothing really happened
Just normal Monday of the week; but unlike other mondays when I have to resume to my usual office of placement, I resumed somewhere else.
As a student undergoing her internship at a laboratory, I have been resuming to my supposed place of work for the past few weeks. But just last week my supervisor had to tell me and my friend to report to the ministry the following week which is this week.
So here I am, this Monday on the 6th of October, 2025 at the ministry.
So far,so good I can say nothing much, nothing special. Unlike my normal office of attachment where we work and take part in some activities.
Though I resumed with my friend but we were not posted to the same office. She reported to the next office to mine Sucks…we got separated; if we haven't, we could it could have ease this slight boredom.
Some days ago before the new week, we got a heads up from our other colleagues not to expect much from the place though. It is the ministry (something like the headquarter) but they don't really do much there.
The day went by with me surfing through my phone after observing the area for a while and speaking to the officers there (of course an orientation and introduction).
What have you learnt from it?
Morally nothing much.
But in other aspect, I have been able to learn a bit about my internship from the officers there. I got information about areas of specialization and how the workforce flows.
It was a little chat or orientation and they got me updated since they know more and they have been in service for a while.
