Today's recipe took me a very short time to make, but it's also very useful for food lovers because they can make this healthy recipe. Let's see how I made it.

The Process of recipe
🟫 Step 01
🐠To prepare today's recipe, first, I will take a whole gourd.
🐠Then I wash the gourd well, peel it, and cut it into small pieces and put them on a plate.
🐠Then I wash the small shrimp well, cut them into pieces, peel them, place them on a plate, and season them with salt and turmeric.

🐠Then I'll put a clean pan on the stove and fry the shrimps in it.
🐠Then, when the shrimp are fried, take them out and in the same pan, add a little more oil, add the chopped onion and green chilies, and fry them well.
🐠Once the onions are fried, add the chopped gourd.
🐠Then I will add all the powdered spices here.
🐠Then mix the spices and gourd well.
🐠Then leave it for a while and when the laos is slightly cooked, add the fry shrimps.
🐠Then cover it again for five to ten minutes, and our delicious gourd shrimp recipe will be ready.
