Friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well, and I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today, I have come to you with a great recipe. Today I will prepare a recipe with vegetables and fish. Here I have used eggplant, jackfruit seeds, and also vegetables. Vegetables are definitely very important to keep in our diet. We can make our diet list. We can make our meals more nutritious by adding different types of vegetables to them. Today I have prepared this fish and vegetable recipe. Let's find out how I prepared it and the pre-prepared recipe.

Required materials 👇🏾

● Fish
● brinjal
● jackfruit seeds
● onion
● bay leaf
● salt
● turmeric powder
● cumin powder
● dried chili powder
● white oil
● ginger and garlic paste

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

✨To prepare today's recipe, first, I washed all the vegetables thoroughly, cut them into bite-sized pieces, peeled them, and placed them in a bowl.
✨Then I will take the fish here, cut it up, wash it well, soak it in salt water, clean it, and put it in a bowl.

**🟫 Step 02**

✨Next, it's time to marinate the fish. Here, I will mix salt, turmeric powder, and dry chili powder with all types of fish.
✨Mix everything well with your hands and let it marinate for ten minutes.

✨Then I'll put a clean pan on my and add enough oil to fry the fish.
✨Then here, once the oil is a little hot, I'll add the marinated fish.

**🟫 Step 04**

✨The fish should be fried for about five minutes if it is medium.
✨Then I'll take the fish out and put it aside in a bowl, and then add a little more oil here, and I'll add the onion and bay leaves.

**🟫 Step 05**

✨Then, when the onion turns slightly brown, I add all kinds of powdered spices along with ginger paste and garlic paste.
✨Cook the spices well with a little water.

✨Once the spices are ground, I will add all the vegetables that I chopped.
✨I will mix the vegetables well in the masala and add a little water, and cover it with a lid so that they are cooked. My vegetables will be cooked in about five minutes.

✨Once the vegetables are cooked, I will add the fried fish here.
✨Then cook the fish and vegetables together for another five minutes.

✨I will add enough water here towards the end of cooking.
✨Then I will check the saltiness here and add a spoon of roasted cumin seeds and cover it with a lid for another 5 minutes.

✨Then I'm done cooking, and I'll take the pan off the stove.

✨Then, transfer the hot fish and vegetables to a bowl and prepare to serve.
