Bitcoins Tied to QuadrigaCX Transferred Out of Cold Wallet

According to on-chain sleuth ZachXBT, five wallets linked to defunct Canadian exchange QuadrigaCX unexpectedly moved 104 Bitcoins (on Dec 17 for the first time in years. In early 2019, Ernst & Young (EY), the exchange’s court-appointed monitor, revealed that 103 BTC were mistakenly sent to cold wallets that cannot be accessed.
