Walking through Mordor - The Tongaririo Crossing, NZ

This is my entry to the landscape photography contest hosted by @juliank.

Taken during my trek across the Tongariro National Park in the central region of the North Island, New Zealand. Tjousands of tourists do this 7-8 hour hike every day in the summer months. Absolutely stunning scenery!
