NOT EASY TO BE LEADER
It is not easy to be a good Leader, because leaders are not just people who give orders, nor are people to be feared or followed. Leaders are people who are able to knit harmonization from the leads to be able to work together to achieve a shared goal.
Many cases of a group, organization or association of people with different desires and different perspectives, this has resulted in many conflicts. Small and simple things sometimes become a big problem, the unnecessary differences in bulge end up disrupting the existing leadership journey. It is not easy to be able to resolve the conflict immediately because of the conflict because often the problem arises at the wrong time.
With a diverse understanding, with unequal education, with different headings it will be very difficult for a leader to meet all the expectations of the members, hence the need for creative ideas, patience, wisdom and of course the support of all parties in order for a person to be successful a leader. Well after knowing how hard it is to be a leader from now on, we get used to help provide solutions when we see our leaders are being difficult or wrong in making decisions, do not be a person who is good at showing mistakes but can never make improvements.
Be part of the organizers of the organization rather than a troble maker, be part of a joint success rather than victory or flattery but incite hurt on the other. come along achieve the dream, because hope is still there.
