Beautiful....I have had an injured shoulder for about 2 months, and after it somewhat healing where I am able to finally do things for myself, I realized just how fortunate I really am. While I could have complained about cleaning the toilet, I remember that it wasn't long ago I couldn't do anything and was in a lot of pain. I love that you put "soap" as a luxury, it makes you think about the absolute littlest things in our lives that really are luxuries.
