we use energy in our purpose,planing,and receiving 

1 purpose is main target because if you have no purpose no dream you lose the energy and then you are  failure in life

2 planing  change the your work and the growth of you exponential and achieve you  dream in early

3 when you receiving you feel better this feeling convert in real work
