Just like cabbage warned us, 😂😂we are now best of friends now. I mixed my cabbage in kapenta, served with nshima and okra.
Method; i soaked the kapenta in hot water, then washed it so well to get rid of sand. There after i heated cooking oil on a saucepan, threw in kapenta, salt and fried it until golden brown. I then added onions and tomatoes. When the tomatoes were cooked i added chopped cabbage and kept on stiring as the cabbage wilted into the kapenta and that's it ready to eat.
