I am glad you are doing this series - I make a point of being nice to all people in the service industry because there are so many nasty people out there. I always feel so sorry for the new waiters or the ones in the 'not so cool' section. This is great info and all should know it
Thank you. There are good days and bad days but I definitely don't love working in a restaurant.
