Change your life - a 7 seconds experiment from a full program for medical students

Hey there,

I'd like to share a quick technique for you to feel better. It's part of a full program we're currently preparing to help medical students facing anxiety issues.

But I think they may not be the only ones in need of a solution to feel better, more efficient and relaxed.

So, here's my 7 seconds program. It's really easy, and I've prepared 3 levels to help you discover it.

Lvl 1 :

Any time in your day, for example each time you open a steem post, you focus on a specific point in front of you, and you concentrate on your body. You identify all your tensed muscles, and then you relax absolutely all of them. Then you breath in, and out. You can breath as much as you want, even once is good. Then you continue whatever your were doing. And you come back to this post, sharing with us what you felt during this relaxation and after, and the changes you see in your everyday life.

Done with lvl 1 ? Ok, lvl 2 :

Any time in your day, for example each time you open a steem post, you focus on a specific point in front of you, and you concentrate on your body. You identify all your tensed muscles, and then you relax absolutely all of them. Then you breath in, and out. And then you relax your brain, even for an instant. You just keep your focus on your specific point, and you shut down everything else smoothly. And you breath in, and out. Then you continue whatever your were doing. And you come back to this post, sharing with us what you felt during this relaxation and after, and the changes you see in your everyday life.

Wow, you're growing so fast... let's go for lvl 3 :

Any time in your day, for example each time you open a steem post, you focus on a specific point in front of you, and you concentrate on your body. You identify all your tensed muscles, and then you relax absolutely all of them. Then you breath in, and out. And then you relax your brain, even for an instant. You just keep your focus on your specific point, and you shut down everything else smoothly. And you breath in, and out. And at this very moment, when you're relaxed, you think about something positive : a person, an animal, the sun, a painting... anything. And you breath in, and out. Then you continue whatever your were doing. And you come back to this post, sharing with us what you felt during this relaxation and after, and the changes you see in your everyday life.
