Simply put, DUFL is a travel service that works like a personal valet - providing you with a virtual closet to store your clothes, shoes, toiletries, etc. and doing all the laundry and packing for you. Your professionally packed bag meets you at your hotel, saving you hours of personal time.

A valet service for your luggage? Yes, you read that right. With DUFL, you simply sign up and the company will send you a Welcome kit that consists of a large roller bag. Fill it with all the items you’d like to keep in your virtual closet, schedule a pick up in the app and your suitcase will be sent to our warehouse where they’ll clean, inventory and professionally photograph everything. Once those items are processed, they’ll show up in your virtual closet in the DUFL app and you will be ready to travel!

DUFL stores your clothing in your personal DUFL closet and allows you to virtually 'pack' by selecting your clothing items from within the app. Once you've scheduled your trip, you'll travel bag free, and your freshly cleaned and neatly packed clothing will meet you at your specified destination.

When you're ready to head home, schedule a pick up from the hotel and they'll clean your clothes and have them waiting in your virtual closet, ready for your next trip!
