Oh my, what a negative post...but truth is often negative. I get you on body shaming, there is no reason for that; but "accept me like I am" is rapidly becoming an excuse to live unhealthy.

As an overweight person myself, 55+yo, 5'9", #310; there is no excuse for it. You reap what you sow, period!
