If You Don't Have Relationships That Benefit You Then You Won't EVER Achieve your Dreams!

Everyone everywhere will teach you to not be selfish, which is a good trait to have for most instances but when finding friends and building relationships you HAVE to be selfish. Here's why, when building relationships, if you don't find people that add benefit to your life they will never be able to help you achieve your goals. If all you do is add benefit to all of your friends and relationships then you will never have a stable relationship with any of them, whether it be a close friend, a girlfriend, a boyfriend, family members, or even a pet. With this you must also understand that it is okay to be a mentor to those who need your help but don't only surround yourself with people that you benefit. A good rule of thumb is to be in the middle of your friends and relationships, have people that teach you new things but also have people that you teach. Be mentored but at the same time be a mentor, and never believe that you are so far above someone that they can't add benefit to your life. Go out and talk with someone that needs your help and you will realize that in the process of you helping them they will also be helping you.
