What would you do ? (Life's philosophy series 1)

A Bad tempered, over bearing person has just joined your organisation and completely change the pleasant atmosphere, riding roughshod over everybody, including the bosses,

Would you:

  • i. Do nothing as long as He or she does a good job of work because you feel that this type of person has a right to earn a living.

  • ii. Keep out of her way as much as possible because it's not your business to bring her right.

  • iii Confront her tell her that her unpleasant ways are affecting everyone in the office and ask her to mend her ways.

  • iv. Let your bosses know what a disruptive person she is and suggest that the company would function better without her.

How would you react or handle the situation this is the first series in life's philosophy

Depending on company. It's not my business, telling the bosses will end up on deaf ears. Usually disruptive won't last long. If the new hire is a family member it makes the situation worse. The boss usually will not listen.
