Helicopter practices a rescue on ship ! (Caught on camera)

I was recently on a cruise on the Irish Sea when I heard a chopper coming my way, I was confused initially but the captain gave us news on what was about to happen , this chopper essentially was apart o the rescue teams training, one guy was dangling of the helicopter whilst the other was being roped down the line !!
