Farewell Sir Brian Velasco | Razorback's Driving Force

What a depressing news... Social media is flooding a news about the one of the famous musicians in the Philippines who took his own life by jumping off a 34-storey building, his condominium unit.

Brian Velasco is known as the driving force of the legend rock band in the Philippines, Razorback. He is the man behind the drums.

Brian is not known to me but the band Razorback. Rockin' the set since 90's with songs describing different behavior of people on the streets, such as "Payaso" or clown, "Giyang" or drunk.

Allegedly, Brian suffers depression which is the common issues lately of people who are deciding to take their own lives. Ironically, Brian took his own life by posting on Facebook Live. A 5-minute video streaming live to his followers where most are his friends.

To cure depression, most suggestion to talk to someone, specially friends. Which ironically, Brian did this in front of his friends and family.

Though 5 minutes is not enough to run help for him, his living alone with his beloved dog so no one could reach him to stop or talk.

I just wonder how the comments went during the live streaming...

This news is heart breaking knowing that the band is one of my playlists and my idol. With many musicians left before Brian, I wonder how they see the world that makes them depressed.
