My On-the-Job-Training Life- The last day of duty

It was a great moment to be with the great and amazing people in Ashoktech. Finwaze and Ethos belongs in one office which is Ashoktech. Finwaze( financial waze) is a School for forex trading and Ethos is a food and beverages distribution company.

THE STORY of MY OJT

I have a partner in OJT, which is Jona, my classmate and also my close friend. We applied at 3rk marine and industrial services owned by ex-chairman of Engineering Department of University of Cebu -lapu lapu and mandaue. We are 4 who applied and the owner made a decision that me and jona will have our ojt in ashoktech.

At first we have difficulties on our task given by the manager which is Engr. Sherry- a member of 1st batch Industrial Engineering graduate in UC-LM, but thanks to her because she never fail to teach us the techniques and also she guides us always. There are few staffs in the office, but different attitudes that we really need to adjust and adopt their environment. Our main task is to set-up the supply chain management in the Ethos food and beverages distribution. It is difficult to set-up because of the unclear data from the sales staff. As the time goes by, we created a simple process in the company to make sure that the inventory will be okay. We introduce different inventory forms and software forms to check regularly the inventory. We encountered misunderstanding with other staff because sometimes they don't listen and accept our suggestions to make the inventory good and to prevent lacking of products. Days pass by, they adopt our suggestions and system and now the inventory system has already an improvement.

Me, Sir jonryl andJona in the picture, Sir Jonryl is the cool and nice guy and he is also the CEO in the company. He is also an ex instructor of engineering in UCLM.

The picture shows Sir Jonryl share an inspirational story to make us inspired. He teach us to make an effort to make our dreams come true, those words he says marks on my mind and heart that what ever may happen, I must follow my dreams in life to make myself and family happy.

May 23,2018 our Last day of OJT, All I can say is I love the moments we shared with the amazing people in that company. I learned a lot in that place and people who are positive. We ended our duty with smiles,laugh, and sharing our thoughts with them. As we exit in the company, the system we implemented is our gift to them, to make their company more productive and to gain more profit. The Success of Ashoktech is also our success as the Intern.

Now,we are preparing for the next chapter in our studies,on June we will turn 5th year in Engineering. We all know that this is the last part before we graduate next year. We will use the learning's we gain from our internship in Ashoktech.
