That sounds like an eye opening experience. My eating habits are atrocious. I will only usually eat dinner. Coffee in the morning and dinner. Sometimes it's good food, other times it's crap. I should start paying attention to my fuel.

Wow! I don't know how you do it...even if I don't need any fuel (lazy day), I am still ready for every meal lol if it works for you then you don't have to worry about changing!
