Importance of knowing your genotype before entering any relationships
Falling inlove and marriage has so many procedures that needs to be put in place..ofcourse falling inlove and getting married is Important, but there are also more important steps that should be taken before doing that.
Unfortunately, these step is highly ignored..we all know irrespective of our feelings,there are some people that are not compatable for marriage..for instance ss (sickle cell)are not allowed to marry their fellow ss..even marrying someone who is (AS)Is also a gamble,because they could give birth to one (SS)...
Funny enough,people do not care about these.funny enough,it might not affect you but your children would have to suffer for it.most people do not even know their genotype. ..that's why its important you go to any hospital or health center to test yourself. So you can have a knowledge about the genotype you belong to
There are various groups an Individual can belong to;
We have the AA,AS and the SS
when you belong to the group of AA.you are liable to get married to any of the groups..its refried to the best.do not risk getting invove with someone without knowing his or her genotype..

Interesting. Asking for genotype is not the first thing I do when I first meet someone but life has effectively shown me that it is important to know our own genetic characteristics not only for our own health but also for the health of our descendants.
