Since I believe in mindfulness as the ultimate practice you would think I would have included that right? Thanks for the recommendation and I am very glad that you stopped by and reminded me. I agree that the single-pointedness of the mind and doing everything is the best of our abilities (100%) at all times is important. Thank you again @encapture .
