Body/Recovery

Beginning my day with as little as 5 hours of sleep got me thinking about my body and how it performs. I felt week, sleepy and out of energy, but my mind kept going and my spirit never gave up. So my body was failing me all day due to lack of recovery from the previous day. How important is rest, right? Most of us do not think of the importance of recovery for the body. If only we could get through the day somehow, we say. Then we do it again the next day and the next one until, a few days have past and we just want some quality sleep. Ignorance is the right word to describe what we do on a weekly bases. Athletes, for example have a whole routine for recovery. They have a complete eating plan providing them with all the essential nutrition and energy. On top of that supplements are also on their list. Rest for them is crucial, so they can perform the next day as well, if not even better to make progress. A nap after workout, a warm tub with specialty salts for muscle relaxation, ice tub after workout to help with the build up lactic acid, relaxation yoga, meditation, getting tanned by the pool or a good night sleep. There are many various ways athletes recover their strength, energy and focus so they can be successful and stay successful. They don’t keep it a secret, they share it. In fact, most of them even promote it in magazines, their own websites, youtube, blogs, etc. So we have the formula for success practically in our hands and yet we often throw it away because its too hard. I plan on using that formula, there is no need to discover something better, when its proven to be effective. Lets incorporate a recovery plan in our lives, put in the extra effort and we will be successful.

LIFESTYLE
I think a short introduction is needed so I am not some stranger writing the blog you are reading. My name is Ivalin and I am 30 years old. Born in a small European country, Bulgaria. I was raised mostly by my mother and my older brother, because my father was never there. My parents split up when I was 9 or 10. With the absence of a father, my older brother had to be the male figure in my family and I took him as an example. At least that is how I remember it. Growing up I had to make my own experiences and learn from them about life. I made a lot of mistakes but thats how people learn, the easiest way. As an adult I started learning from other peoples experiences and mistakes. That is where I truly started to understand how things in life really work but are hidden between the lines. This is subject for a different time, different blog. Anyways currently I live in the USA and next time I will share a bit more about my journey coming to this country.

RELATIONSHIPS
I have seen a lot of wrong relationships between people so I have to try to educate or at least guide you to happier life. I can not explain enough and express all the love, the happiness and the joy I have with the people close to me. I will do my best to guide you to healthy relationships and hopefully you can start feeling super happy, just like I do.
