Secrets the rental car companies don't want you to know

So I currently work for a rental car company. I won't disclose which one or how long I've been there because I'm not interested in being sacked but I can give you a brief hint ( they have 50% of the market share). Any who I'm free and open to answering any questions you may have and if its something that I can't answer in the comments then I'll send you an answer thru messaging ( I assume we have that).
