We live in a highly competitive world today, where technology has advanced far more rapidly in the last 5 years than it did in the previous 50. Where a college degree is no longer worth as much as it once did, where the job markets are highly saturated with dissatisfied employees who working long hours while hardly making ends meet. We live in a world where job creators are way more valued than job seekers, and rightfully so. Where anyone with a smartphone and internet access can begin to make a respectable income with no boss or employer to answer to. 
Most importantly, we now have the ability to make Global transactions at the click of a button. And while this type of progress may seem to some like everything they ever dreamed of. It could easily be the opposite, if not a nightmare for those who were ill prepared for what the future had in place. 
The massive impact of technological advancement and other forms of forward leaps in the human community is probably one of the most important reasons for individuals to consciously and continuously strive to improve themselves daily, gain be exposure to new ideas and constantly learn new skills that keep them ahead in life and through the process of human evolution.
