Norwegians: They are dying but still following traffic rules! :))

How can this road not be full of cars? And people can walk on the road.
Tshunami comes from behind, it is not rain!
In Turkey, I'm sure it would be three rows of traffic on the road.

If I had a wife and two kids like in the movie, We'd be running away with a motorcycle (4 people) because its more possible to escape in Istanbul traffic with bike:))
Also oil is too expensive these days :)

In the following masterpiece I tried to show the difference.

If you wonder where the people walks. They can walk on mountain :) Anywhere else then road. (Don't walk at road in Turkey seriously )

Seriously, Norwegian or Dutch friends might think I'm joking, but it's the truth. Also when i talked with Turkish people about that scene, they are saying "no.. it must be exaggeration of the movie"

But i thing its not. I do not think Roar Uthaug had ever thought that it was possible to break the traffic rules. Even in the horror film, it was not possible to think of anything like going from the second lane, the opposite direction, the safety belt. It's like third dimension for 2 dimensional people in flatland.

I'm not bragging here. Unfortunately, in some countries like ours, the forest rules work in traffic. Georgia is a bit dangerous (not as much as ours) and i heard that the Italians are a bit like us in traffic (but I do not think so).

Let's talk about the movie a little bit.

I like Nordic films very much. Because they are different. This movie is not so different as a subject. It's a classic "natural disaster" movie. The tension is very much in some scenes. If you like disaster movies, you must follow it.

I'm thinking of writing more articles about these Norwegian films. If you are not interested yet, i suggest you explore Nordic films!
