HIV is Human Immunodeficiency Virus that spread from one person to another person by vaginal fluids,semen , pre seminal fluids , sexual transmission , blood transmission , during unprotected sex,sex without a condom, labour , delivery, breast feeding , Rectal fluids and during pregnancy.When this virus spread from one person to another person then it is called HIv transmission.

Always when go for sex don’t behave risky.Always go for safe sex use a new condom any time and before sex talk with your sex partner.Dont’t share needls with another and also not use again same needle for same person.Don’tshare drugs injection needles.
Always change new condom when you have vaginal sex ,anal sex and oral sex.HIV can also spread from a mother to child during pregnancy ,breast feeding and at the time of birth of child.

How to Reduce Risk of HIV/AIDS?

1.Go For Safe Sex:-
Always go for safe sex before have sex with your partner talk with him about the sexual disease and tell him about HIV/AIDS.If you are HIV/AIDS positive and also ask from her or him that he/she also not affected from HIV/AIDS.Use a new condom every
time when have sex with your partner.

2.Use of New Condom:-
Before have sex with your partner use condom and oily condoms have less risk to tear so use oily condoms as some lubricants are use to make less friction during have vaginal,oral and anal sex.So use lubricants with condoms during the sex because it is also
have less chance to tear vegina after use of lubricant.

3.Don’t Do Needles Exchange:-
When you have needle to take drugs during the any kind of treatment don’t use used needles because it have so more chance to spread HIV/AIDS.Always use unused needles.It is also so many chance if you have HIV/AIDS then you also aware about cancer so you can know about

4.Limits of Sexual Partner:-
Always have a limit of sex partner.If you don’t have that then there is more chance to HIV/AIDS infection.Having limits of sex partners reduce the risk of HIV/AIDS.Always be loyal with your sex partner about sex disease.

5.Pregnency:-
During the pregnancy child have more chance to HIV/AIDS positive if mother is HIV/AIDS positive so go for test and take treatment because treatment is available in this condition to protect baby from HIV/AIDS.

Always go for a HIV/AIDS test after a time period.It is reduce risk of HIV/AIDS.

Dental dams is use for oral sex mainly but it is also work like a barrier between the vagina anal and oral sex and safe for sex so use dental dams before have vagina ,anal and oral sex.
