The most famous Chinese food is not kuang pao chicken

As I said, the most popular and well known Chinese food is not kung pao chicken.
IT IS hot pot.
Hot pot is not a course, it is a way to cook food.
There is a pot above the gas burner, and put food inside to cook seconds to mins depending on what kind materials it is. Then take it out with chopsticks and eat.
That's it.

    Thanks for sharing. Quick question...do Asian cuisines usually consist of white rice or brown rice? I'm trying to research which is more popular and which is healthier for digestion.

    Of course, we eat white rice daily.
    The reason why brown rice is not popular in China is that it is not tasty.
    I am pretty sure that brown rice is healthier, but unfortunately it is rated the lowest rice in China.
