How to gaan 60lbs?
on the left side is a pic of me before I started first year study as dental student.
I weighed around 92kg at the time and was very active. I played rugby,cricket ,squash,tennis and some athletics.
then on the right side is me now weighing 120kg . yep that is right I gained 30kg(60lbs) in 2 and half years of studying!
